Hi, I'm Chris — the owner, and the one who shows up.
I'm originally from Wisconsin, but Las Vegas has been my home for more than four decades. I started my career in concrete, and those early years taught me the value of craftsmanship, consistency, and treating people with respect. I got into leak detection because I saw how much water was being wasted — and how often homeowners were paying for problems they didn't actually have. Saving water and saving homeowners money became a priority for me, and it's still at the heart of what I do today. For the past 23 years, I've served this community as a licensed contractor and small business owner, focused on honest communication, punctuality, and dependable work.

Wasn't able to vacuum, Chris found there to be a broken pipe under the skimmer. Removed and replaced skimmer with close match to concrete deck texture and color. Works great now. A+++ Highly recommend!
